Position : HR Manager
Main duties that the candidate will perform:
ü To be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of the Human Resources Department.
ü To prepare, coordinate and update the Personnel Budget and Yearly Manpower Forecast.
ü To control and maintain staffing levels and payroll systems according to budget and staffing guide.
ü To oversee the company’s Recruitment and Selection Process and to play an active role in the recruitment of key positions
ü To research and propose competitive compensation / benefits / incentive packages.
ü To assist with the training of senior management personnel and specified courses.
ü To assist in the training of employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
ü To develop good relations with all official authorities related to Human Resources (labor offices, foreign offices, hotels, universities, etc.).
ü To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that correct standards and methods of work are maintained as stated in the Departmental Operations Manual.
ü To be responsible for the administration of employee benefits and salaries
Qualifications and Skills
ü Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Human Resources Management), (Business Administration / Law) or related fields.
ü Master Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
ü A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the field
ü Excellent Skills in both written and spoken English
ü Very good knowledge of MS Office package
