CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Training Specialist
Job purpose: Training Specialist is responsible to develop training material and prepares training calendar for staff of the company ( especially for sales force), to conducts the formal lectures and coordinates with the field visits,to participates in the induction training for the new comers in collaboration with the HR department, to propose and follow the personal training plan for employees, to evaluate the effectiveness of training program.
Skills & Qualifications:
University degree
At least 3 years similar work experience.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent skills in time management and setting the priorities
Very good presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team worker
Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
Driving license
