SME & SOHO MANAGER
Job purpose: To ensure the implementation of the strategy of the SME & SOHO unit aligned with the Vodafone Albania strategy, with the aim to achieve the Sales goals. To achieve the Units’ operational and financial objectives in accordance with the Long Range Plan (LRP), the Annual Budget and the Quarterly Forecast with the aim to maximize its value.
Main job accountabilities
Design, both the SME & SOHO Unit Marketing and Products Plan, with objective to adequately position the Company’s products in the market, controlling the design and implementation of the customer database development programs, for both purposes the “win and retain” of the customers.
Design the SME & SOHO Unit’s sales strategy, increase and develop the Company’s customer portfolio, establishing the sales targets.
Encourage the development of new products and services in collaboration with Marketing Department, in response to the market’s SME & SOHO demands, approving the definition of the final product and insure the presentation of the Company’s products and services portfolio in coordination with the Vodafone Group.
Define the SME & SOHO Unit’s Customer Care strategy in order to address the customer’s needs, supporting in the customer management and retain their loyalties.
Set guidelines on the negotiations with large accounts, distributors and manufacturers in order to reach commercial and/or collaboration agreements.
Design and approve margin policies, commissions, and incentives criteria for the SME & SOHO Unit’s sales forces and distribution channel and give direction in order achieve the Sales Forces’ maximum efficiency.
Profile Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Marketing/Sales or Management
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Specific Knowledge
Marketing and Sales, HR Management, Call Centre Management
Good knowledge of local language and market is essential
Business Understanding
Understanding of Telecommunicationsmarket
Understanding of new telecommunications technologies
Understanding of the internal operation of the Company
