SUBJECT: Invitation to Submit Proposals - RFP No. EEHR Albania 2013-02
IT Infrastructure and ADT Hospital Software of the Lezha Regional Hospital in Albania
United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) project.
Abt Associates Inc. (Abt) invites individuals and organizations to submit a proposal for the IT Infrastructure and ADT Hospital Software of the Lezha Regional Hospital in Albania as part of a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR) project.
Abt Associates Inc. is seeking to contract an individual or firm for the IT Infrastructure and ADT Hospital Software of the Lezha Regional Hospital in Albania. Services will include but may not be limited to the provision, configuration, and installation of all hardware items, the provision of an ADT software system that is configured and customized to the hospital needs and requirements, the provision of on-site training covering staff, super-users, and technical administrator, the provision of on-site technical support for 365 days following the successful deployment of the system, as described in the Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids.
Abt Associates Inc. contemplates awarding one fixed price subcontract if an organization is selected or a fixed price professional services agreement if an individual is selected under this solicitation
Bid Deadlines
Questions must be submitted in writing or by email to the address below no later than February 11, 2013, 2013 by 17:00 Tirana time. Verbal requests will not be accepted or responded to. Answers to all questions will be disseminated in writing to all potential Bidders.
Interested individuals and organizations may attend site visits organized on January 30, 2013 or February 01, 2013. Attendance at site visits is optional.
Interested and qualified individuals and organizations should present their sealed bids in envelopes one original bound and one electronic copy each of the technical and cost proposals to the following address no later than March 04, 2013, 2013 17:00 Tirana time:
