An Inernational company is looking for a Sales Director to
• Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
• Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
• Oversees all hiring, training and firing of personnel involved in Sales and Marketing.
• Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize trade opportunities across different sales channels.
• Reports to the Chief Executive
The profile
University degree preferable economic
3 years sales experience;
• Good Command of English language
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
