For one of our clients we are recruiting a managerial role on finance management as per following:
Finance Manager / CFO Job description
Run the Budget Planning Process and Perform Budget Control for both OPEX, CAPEX and REVENUE
Perform Account Balance Reconciliations with Suppliers and Customers at least once per year
Manage the Tax Audits whenever those occur and be responsible to comply with TAX regulation as well respect and follow all tax related procedures
Responsible for the annual inventory and stock control
Manage the Collection of Accounts Receivables and Payables
Negotiations with customers and suppliers for credit limits and payment terms
Prepare Bank Statement closing report daily
Responsible to issue Invoices for services and Products based on the respective contract terms and POs
Produce Cash Flow Forecast and Trial Balance monthly
Prepare Monthly Managerial P&L & Balance Sheet reports
Manage the Accounting Entries for Supplier Invoices
Manage the Warehouse Inventory from Accounting Perspective
Negotiations with banks for working capital, interest rates, bank guarantees
Skills and Qualifications
More than 7 years experience in Finance managing roles
Very Good Knowledge about IFRS and Tax issues
Fluent and business professional English language
Very good Presentation and Communication Skills
Master degree in Finance and other postgraduate studies
Strategic and Analytical Thinking
Planning and budgeting skill
