We are seeking to recruit: Business Sales Adviser near Kavaja Branch.

Job purpose: Ensures an adequate and thorough presence of the Bank through the respective customer segment (Professionals), aiming the target achievement through a qualitative portfolio.

Direct Reports to: Branch Manager

Main Responsibilities:



Establishes and maintains close relationship with the customers of his/her portfolio
Promotes the sales of products and services of the Bank to the target customer area.
Presents the Bank products and services, terms and conditions to the existing an
potential/ new customers.
Develops regular contacts with customers (follow up of correspondence, business
meetings, on-site-visits to their premises), in order to retain and attract them in a
long-term and financially sound relationship with the Bank.
Follows up the customer credit applications and their progress.
Closely cooperates with the Business Center Sector in the Head Office in order to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
Maintains regular contacts with customers for updating their credit files with the required legal documents and other business/financial information.
Performs all the necessary enquiries related to the customer’s credibility.
Cooperates with the Legal Unit of the Bank regarding the legal status of the customers and collaterals offered, as well as with the appointed licensed evaluators for the collateral value.
Provides necessary data with regard his/her portfolio for MIS purposes, or as required by the other Units of the Bank.
Follows up on regular basis the default clients under his/her portfolio, in order to improve the overall quality of his/her portfolio.
Generates ideas for changes on the terms and conditions of existing credit products/services, as well as for new products/services to be offered by the Bank, in order to better serve the customers’ needs.
Assesses regularly the competitor’s data and recent developments.
Participates in fairs, presentations, meetings with the purpose of promoting and presenting the products of the Bank, as well as creating business relations with potential clients.
Presents the products and services of the Bank to the existing or potential customers through prudent selection of marketing channels, i.e. advertising campaigns;
Performs other tasks given by the Supervisor or the Branch Manager.

Ability to work in team
Good communication skills
Very good Computer Skills



Criteria to be fulfilled:



University degree in Economics and related fields
Good written and spoken English
