The Albanian Blind Association, through the financial assistance of the European Union, is actually implementing the Project "Blind people network for representation in the Western Balkans" under Grant Contract 2010/254-840.
In the framework of the project, it seeks professional project evaluator, for the purpose of finalizing the internal evaluation of the project in line with the signed contract between the Albanian Blind Association and EUD to fill the following criterion as follows:
Minimum qualifications
1. The evaluator should be registered as an organisation or company with primary activity in opinion and market research.
2. The organization or company should have at least 2 years of experience in the area of opinion and market research in Albania.
3. The organisation or company should have conducted at least 10 opinion or market research project in the past 2 years
