We are an international company leader in Business Services for the Web.
Background:
We have an immediate opening available for a web developer. As an integral part of the development team you will be delivering first class websites across a range of different projects.
You:
We require a dynamic forward thinking person to fill this exciting role that will be working on a range of client projects in the fast-pacing web business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing websites under the supervision of the IT Manager.
Qualifications and experience needed:
 At least 2 years experience in web development
 Expertise in hand coding websites using HTML and CSS
 Good knowledge of Javascript
 Experience in building websites with a CMS (Wordpress, DotNetNuke, Joomla)
 Degree in Computer Science/related degree a bonus
 Knowledge of Adobe Suite and some graphic tools (Photoshop, Fireworks)
Qualifications and experience desirable:
 Expertise in hand coding websites using HTML5 and CSS3
 Proficiency in PHP and MySQL. Minimum knowledge of .NET
 Good knowledge of AJAX, JQuery
 Experience in administrating websites with a CMS (Wordpress, DotNetNuke, Joomla)
 Experience in developing apps for iOS or Android
Your responsibilities:
 Coding standards, code review, quality assurance, source code management
 Adhere to policies, procedures, guidelines and best practice initiatives
 Autonomy, flexibility and problem solving attitude
 Ability to work under pressure in high-growth environments
About you:
 Good communication skills
 English language needed. Italian is a plus
 An online portfolio with working URLs is welcome
