Offers Management Specialist
Information about the position:
The position is under Customer Solutions Department in Mobile Marketing Division.
The main purpose of this position is to assist the department in achieving the goals and objectives.
Main responsibilities for the position:
· Make use of industry trends, reports analysis internal base and surveys to propose individual solution for operator’s subscribers which result in increasing profitability, brand image as well as increase customers’ satisfaction.
· Managing all campaigns & offers, in order to increase individual customers base as well strengthen their loyalty.
· Participates in regular strategy meetings and develops new programs and initiatives that are designed to further operator’s mission.
· Deriving loyalty & retention strategies from general marketing strategies, for individual customers, developing marketing activities and managing these activities according to these strategies.
· Managing Loyalty Program management for mass market
Requirements of the position:
· University Degree in Business / Informatics with strong writing/verbal & analytical skills
· At least 2 years of related experience
· Excellent knowledge of English language
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
