Job Description
Job Purpose:
Provides financial information to management by inputting and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Duties:
· Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
· Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
· Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.
· Guides accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
· Complies with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education and experience:
· Bachelor to Finance, Accounting
· Usually a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and financial data analysis
Key competencies

· Strong communication skills.
