Euronuovo ltd which carries more than 15 years of activity in the field of wholesale and retail trade of FMCG in the territory of Albania, representing 120 different brands (MOET & Hennessy, Corona, Peroni Italy, Bauli,Fratelli Branca, Montenegro SRL ,Disaronno, Campari Group, Sabmiller Group etc.) in meeting the needs of its staff, is looking to hire a Office Administrator for Macedonia.

Job Desription:

• Working with databases
• Keeping appointments with clients
• Taking calls
• Working with security organizations
• Managing inventory
• Coordinating with other departments
• Working with invoices and receipts
• Minimizing office expenditure
• Getting maintenance done on office equipment and machinery
• Managing holiday, sickness, attendance and absence records
• Enforcing office protocols
• Negotiating with suppliers and service providers
Profile Requirements :

3-4 year experience
· University Degree
· Driving License
· Very good communication skills
· Self-motivation and initiative are essential combined with problem solving capability
· An excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.(Macedonian is an advantage)
