Atlas Sh.A. is the leading wheat mill in Albania based in the outskirts of Tirana with an installed and operable capacity of 300 tns/day of soft wheat producing a variety of flours and flour products. The milling factory is fully computerized and among the most advanced technologically worldwide.
Position Requirements
Reporting to the Head of the Finance Dpt., the right incumbent will assist in all accounting matters, liaising with senior managers across departments and closely cooperating with colleagues.
Performs professional accounting work involving compilation and analysis of financial data regarding current assets (inventory accounting, clients) so as to ensure on time delivery of accurate data at all times.
Issues invoices and follows up on shipments of final products filing all relevant supporting documentation.
Assists in the preparation on all standard and periodic reports on sales and clients.
Follows up on accounts receivable and performs all necessary account reconciliations to ensure account balances per book are accurate. Candidate Profile
Professional integrity and attention to detail.
Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Prior experience is not a prerequisite.
Fluent in spoken & written English or Greek.
MS Office literate & working knowledge of relevant accounting software.
Excellent organizing & very good communication skills.
Very good analytical & numerical abilities. Remuneration
