We are seeking to recruit: SBE Account Manager
Job purpose: • To establish and develop a qualitative loan portfolio with regard to Small Business Enterprises. Provides credit examination and account administration of the portfolio under his/her responsibility by maintaining strong and frequent contacts with the customers.

Direct Reports to: Head of Business Center Sector

Main Responsibilities:
· Promotes the Bank’s product and services to the SBEs segment, in order to generate new sales and increasing volumes of lending portfolio for SBE segment.
· Establishes and maintains, in cooperation with the Regional and Branch Managers, regular communications with existing / potential customers, in order to :
· Identify needs of this segment of customers for Bank products and services
· Attract financial sound customer in a long term relationship with Bank
· Inform the customer on bank product and services, changes in pricing policy of the bank, etc.
· Performs visits at customer’s sites, prepare a thorough examination of the financial data submitted by customer, as well as identifies possible deviations and mismatching.
· Prepares the respective Call Memos related the visits / meetings performed with the respective clientele. It is responsible for checking, cross checking and verifying on best of his/her knowledge, all the documents and data provided by the customer.
· Prepares the credit proposals in compliance with the internal policies, central bank regulations and instructions in force and presents them in the respective approval authorities.
· Manages the accounts of the customers by providing them with the necessary information and expertise before, during as well as after the business request processing. Prepare and provide the customer with the list of required documents for the loan examination.
· Provides the required information and data to the other units of the Bank (i.e. risk, legal, loan admin, etc.) necessary for the processing of a loan application generated.
· Monitors the portfolio quality for the customers up to 60 days in delay by calculating all penalties, overdue interest and fees related to overdue loans. Cooperates for the collection process of the customers in delay more than 60 days in delay as per the respective collection strategy in force.
· Performs the annual reviews of the files according to the respective policies in force and within the defined deadlines.
· Negotiates and proposes restructuring forms for the customers falling within the criteria of restructuring, after careful analysis performed.
· Cooperates with respective branches during the sale process, credit analysis as well as after the loan request approval.
· Coordinates with HO units for the accomplishment of the necessary documentation & conditions during loan analysis/review/renewal process.
· Monitors on time and reports the accomplishment of the post-disbursement conditions related to their portfolio of customers.
· Follow up and report to the respective supervisor on customer performance and/or any other issue related with customer future situation.
· Reports immediately to his supervisor any verbal and/or written claim of the customers related to Bank’s services, products, processes, customer service, etc.
· Ensures his/her actions are in full compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulations, as well as legislations in force.

Criteria to be fulfilled:



University degree in Economics and related fields
Good written and spoken English
