SENIOR TAX ADVISOR
Our client is a well known international company operating successfully in Albania with business expansion plans. They are looking for an ambitious senior tax advisor who is keen to progress.
More Specifically:
Job Role:
To contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services to the clients
The role is client facing and high client service is considered a key task
Responsibilities:
To build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
To build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
To contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients
To spot opportunities for cross selling
To manage the successful delivery of tax services, ensuring technical expertise and tailored business driven approach to client requests
To be responsible for day-to-day delivery of clients liaison
To be the key member of the client service group providing full tax services to a client portfolio.
To be involved actively in terms of strategy and operations
Profile Requirements:
Relevant tax compliance experience - at least 3 years in a compliance focused role
University degree, preferred postgraduate qualification in accounting and/or CPA, ACCA, CA qualification on process
Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
Ability to build strong client relationships
Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations
Team player with ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
English language is a MUST
Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
