Purchasing and Logistics Assistant
Purchasing and Logistics Assistant works in the Logistics Department and reports to the department Manager and is responsible for the efficient performance of procurement and logistics duties in compliance with Belle Air policies and procedures.

Main duties include:

· Support Procurement process for collecting offers from approved suppliers, and during
replenishment process. Liaise with Procurement Officer.
· Update and maintain collected offers for repair and maintain Material Requisition file.
· Reconcile orders with incoming parts in store.
· Prepare all invoices with necessary documentation for approval and keep records for all incoming and outgoing invoices in logistic department.
· Follow and solve invoice discrepancy.
· Prepare in cooperation with store department and maintain scrap report under supervision and approval of Manager Department.
· Support Logistic officer on following shipment from time of order until delivered in store when is necessary. Prepare Repair Orders and shipping documentation when is necessary. Liaise closely with Logistics Officer.
· Perform AOG orders on time. Manage and track the complete process from ordering it until is delivered in store in coordination with other staff and departments.
· Prioritizes duties according to their deadlines.


Working hours: with shifts
Location: Belle Air offices in Rinas, Maintenance department

Requirement:
· University Degree.
· Very good knowledge of Windows, MS Excel and MS Word software
· Very good knowledge of English language.
· Ability to maintain database using computer software and ability to adapt to additional internal applications.
· Ability to interact effectively with all levels of people
· Proactive attention to details and able to handle/prioritize multi task
· Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
· Availability to work afternoon shift, flexible in hours to support multi-shift operation.
