We are seeking to recruit: An experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Distraint Orders Specialist for our Legal Division in Head Office.
Job purpose: Fulfilling of procedures and performance of necessary legal due diligence for the execution of distraints/release orders of accounts/amounts of different debtors in compliance with the legal regulatory framework in force and with the main purpose mitigation or impairment of legal risk which the bank may face during this process.
Direct Reports to: D/Legal Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Verification of clients subject to the papers and different distraint orders initiated form the Tax Authorities and Bailiff Authorities, or other authorities that have the right to request/verify information form the Bank on its clients.
- Sending the response to the above -designated authorities in compliance with the relevant approved procedure in force and applicable legislation;
- Sending clear instructions toward the collaborating units during the blocking of the amounts into the accounts maintained with the bank and toward the units of the bank that seek opinions in relation to topics of similar nature from the legal point of view;
- Providing legal opinions in the enforcement area and in particular relating to the execution of amounts into the accounts maintained with the bank;
- Performs all processes designated into the respective procedure in relation to blocking/release of the bank accounts.
The ideal Candidates should have:
- High professional ethic;
- Ability to work in group and under limited time frame;
- Ability to perform objective legal due diligence in compliance with the legal/regulatory framework in force;
- Good communicative and collaborative abilities;
- Good abilities in time management and high level of efficiency in work.
Criteria to be fulfilled:
- University Law Degree (it is preferable the University of Tirana, Law School);
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
- It is preferable work experience.
