UCOM is looking for 3 part time or full time technical support specialists for our office in Saranda.
The candidates must have very good knowledge in:
-Microsoft operating systems and applications suites.
-IP networking
-Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computers.
-Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining network devices.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing hardware/software faults.
-Providing support.
Competencies / Skills:
-University degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work expeirence.
-Ability to work under pressure, shifts and team
-Fluent Albanian and English, both spoken and written
