We are seeking to recruit: An experienced and very dynamic employee, in the position of Head of Selection & Career Management Sector
Job purpose: Ensures that policies and procedures regarding HR functions of attracting, recruiting, training and staff development are properly in place in the institution
Direct Reports to: Head of HR Division

Main Responsibilities:

Introduces and leads processes necessary to ensure to attract proper candidates for the institution;
Establishes and leads the recruitment process – from application phase to the final selection;
Plans and follows up employee trainings after - training needs assessment, based on institutional and individual plans
Establishes and leads the design and delivery of training programs - for new and existing employees - in close collaboration with internal specialists and/ or external companies;
Leads and manages the approval process of internal trainer certification - identifies, assesses and proposes to the HR committee internal specialists with best expertise and skills to act as trainers, coaches and/ or mentors in addition to their job profile
Is responsible of talent management and career advancement;
Leads the design and implementation of an objective performance management system
Leads the job analyses in close collaboration with units’ specialists in order to proper manage the performance and career management
Staff management of the sector - on the job coaching of the new personnel under his/ her direct supervision
Delivers training programs according to her/his expertise
Reviews the market of external training on a regular basis and proposes programs to the HR committee;
Develops appropriate feedback mechanisms for all processes of the sector;
mplements the decisions, recommendations of the HR committee;

The ideal Candidate should have:

Creative thinking with respect to key responsibilities, such as recruitment, employee development and career management
Good understanding of the overall business model operation and environment of a financial institution

Criteria to be fulfilled:


University degree in Economic, Social sciences, Management and related HR fields
Preferably Human Resources and training experience in a relevant position (minimum 1 years)
Prior experiences in managerial position( at least 2 years) in financial institutions
Capability and willingness to take responsibilities
Excellent written and communication English skills. Advantage is French knowledge
