Junior Legal Associate
Our client is a leading law company well-known as the premier law-firm operating in Albania and Kosovo. They provide the highest quality of legal, tax and accounting services to its clients. Currently they are looking for a bright and dynamic Junior Legal Associate who is eager to build his/her career with the Firm.
Summary: Provide legal representation and support for a wide variety of legal and compliance-related topics under the direction of Associates and Partners.
Responsibilities:
Assist Associates with reaching deadlines and case management schedules
Work with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures conform to legal requirements
Maintain attorney hearing schedule, prepare attorney for hearings and meetings
Assist in formulating and implementing legal policy concerning a variety of issues
Conduct legal research necessary to support compliance, transactional or other business functions using all available and appropriate resources
Prepare, review and revise contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate, employment, service vendors and other matters
Keep informed of legislation and new regulations affecting business operations.
Requirements:
University degree in Law; graduate or postgraduate studies in Italy are considered a strong advantage
Experience in law firms is also an asset
Fluency in English and Italian is a Must
Good understanding of an international business model
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, able to handle a wide array of tasks, well-organized, detail oriented
Self-starter, motivated, ability to work without direct supervision
