We are seeking aggressive, experienced, and high-energy Retail Sales Manager who will manage a strong sales team.
Our client is an international brands distributions company operating in Albania. It is one of the successfully company in the field of activities it conducts.
Role Title: Retail Sales Manger
Report to: CEO
Location: Tirana, Albania
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives Market's performance by increasing sales volume and improving the quality of the sales force that operates both inside and outside of our retail locations.
- Provides leadership by instilling passion and direction to his direct reports as well as developing a cohesive team.
- Personally impacts results through conducting store visits.
- Understands the developmental needs of their sales force and implements ongoing plans for improvement.
- Reviews and analyzes key performance indicators including sales reports, payroll reports, store schedules, activity planners, etc.
- Looks for performance gaps and comes up with creative solutions to increase sales and solve business challenges.
- Conducts ongoing store visits and has an active presence in the field with Store Managers.
Requirements
Key Skills and Behaviors:
- Exceptional management skills – Must have a proven track record of driving successful business results at retail and through sales activities that take place outside of the store.
- Ability to seek opportunities to develop individuals and to keep the team focused on achievement.
- Strong communication skills – Ability to sell ideas and to influence others. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Decisive and forthright – Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and to make the appropriate decisions in order to attain business objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years experience driving sales through managing multi-unit retail and sales force.
- Experience of statistical analysis with a high level of numeracy.
- Experienced in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
