We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Key Account Manager.
Our client is an international brands distributions company operating in Albania. It is one of the successfully company in the field of activities it conducts.
Role Title: Key Account Manager
Report to: General Manager
Location: Tirana, Albania
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Able to drive the profitable sales growth for the defined key account and at the same time actively and strategically develop the customer service and competencies which stimulate tighter contracting, methods and policies which entrench customer loyalty and ensure effective communication between all functional areas in the account management process.
Key Account Manager must maintain and expand relationships with a designated client and be responsible for maximizing sales and ensuring a quality service is provided.
We are interested in receiving applications from professionals with:
- Passion for a challenge and working in a competitive environment, who are excited by the prospect of being the architects of their own success story.
- Experience of working across multiple product ranges.
- Experience of category planning and value based selling where all parties win.
- Experience of statistical analysis with a high level of numeracy
- Experienced in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word & Outlook
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a strong appreciation of deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills to differing levels of hierarchy.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
