Service Management Specialist
Purpose of position:
Service Management Specialist is responsible to follow all issues regarding PC hardware and software and multifunctional devices. User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree in Information Technology/Computer science
• At least1 year of related experience
• Good knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of IT Services
• Very good Communication skills, self-confident and result oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Able and willing to work in team
• Availability to work overtime when needed
