Fraud Specialist
Purpose of position:
The purpose of position is monitoring and analyses every day the traffic of the subscribers in order to prevent the abuses on Eagle Mobile and ALB telecom Network.
Requirements of the position:
· Bachelor degree in Economy or Business Informatics
· At least one year of job experience in Collection, Fraud or similar position
· Very Good communication and presentation skills
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
· Able and willing to work in team
· Willing to work under pressure
· Availability to work overtime anytime required and in shifts.
