Emporiki Bank - Albania S.A., member of Crédit Agricole Group,is seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic employee located in the respective regions
We are seeking to recruit: Corporate Sales Managers
Job purpose: SME & Corporate client relationship management
Direct Reports to: Head of Division
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop business clientele in the segment of Mid-market and Large Companies in the respective area (south/north.
- Identify new business opportunities in line with bank’s targets, arrange first contacts and hold frequent meetings with customers.
- Provide periodical information and reports on meetings with clients and coordinate actions on acquiring new clients.
- Collects key business and financial data on target clients (customer or prospective customer) and determine needs for banking services, financings etc.
- Support customers for enhancing the existing banking relationship.
- Co-ordinate cross-selling opportunities with new or existing clients in coordination with other units of the Bank.
- Propose tailored offers for new or existing clients.
- Monitor market developments and inform about changes on products and services offered by the competition
The ideal Candidates should have:
- Very good customer service orientation attitude
- Good knowledge of businesses operating in the respective area
- Good Sales and negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability and willingness to take responsibilities
- Teamwork spirit
Criteria to be fulfilled:
- University degree in Economic Sciences (preferentially)
- Minimum 3 years in sales position in banking system or commercial companies
- Very good written and communication skills in English
