Emporiki Bank - Albania S.A ., member of Crédit Agricole Group,is seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic employee in Tirana
We are seeking to recruit : Head of Systems Administration and Operation Department
Job purpose : Installation, administration and maintenance of the Bank IT Systems ensuring a secure and reliable day-to-day operation.
Direct Reports to : Head IT Systems sector
Main Responsibilities:
Installation, administration and maintenance of all Bank servers hardware and software with the support of the external providers (where applicable)
Installation, administration and maintenance of Windows servers hardware and software: Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS/DHCP services, mail systems, domain policies and user rights.
Installation and maintenance of database servers and application servers in Head Office and branches in cooperation with other respective units of the IT Division.
Maintenance of Bank’s backup procedures.
Installation, administration and maintenance of other servers of peripheral applications, in cooperation with other respective units of the IT Division.
Provide Support & Backup for Telecommunications and Networking Department.
The ideal Candidates should have :
Very good operational logic
Extensive understanding and knowledge of: Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory and networks, computer hardware devices, network devices, virtualization systems, of E-Mail and Internet services and of Microsoft and Oracle SQL DBMS.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented approach(bank employee)
Very good Managerial and conflict management skills
Teamwork spirit
Capability and willingness to take other responsibilities
Criteria to be fulfilled:
- University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- Extensive work experience in all related IT system operations areas
- Excellent English knowledge (written/oral)
