Teleperformance leader in the customer service industry is looking for a Software Developer:
Main tasks:
Software Development:
Analyzes the requirements, software specifications and proposed solutions.
Develops applications in different programming languages
Takes care of the maintenance, test and code review of existing software
Develops secure and reliable code following the OWASP guidelines and Teleperformance’s best practice
Writes good documentation, both technical and user tutorials.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in procedures and systems
Provides support and maintenance, conferring with users and committers
Keeps information confidential
Minimum requirements:
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian
Software Development Lifecycle
Problem solving
3+ years of experience
Proficient in:
C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Shell scripting, asp, javascript, AJAX, E-R modelling, UML, XML, SOAP, MS SQL Server, IIS
Experience in other programming languages (like PHP, JAVA) will be an advantage
Certification gives job applicants a competitive advantage
