BSS Expert
Purpose of position:
BSS Expert, responsible person for performing and maintenance activities & days to days network surveillance on access nodes (BSS and RAN network). Have good working experience in radio access network elements and systems. Follows activities related with integration, new installations and upgrades of BSS, RNC, BTS and Node-B. Coordinate with O&M staff and Other O&M Groups in the district for the resolution of any Access related problems. Prepares daily and monthly Report
Requiremens of the position:
• University Degree in Electronics/Telecommunication with very good telecom knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with GSM Network working with BSS equipment’s.
• Experience with Huawei BSS/RAN, Installation / Commissioning / Integration / Operation & Maintenance.
• Good skills in 2G / 3G Radio Network Planning and Network Optimization.
• Very good analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Problem solving capability
• Good knowledge of English
• Team player, able to work under pressure.
