JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
TITLE: E-Shop Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
Summary:
E Shop Coordinator uses his or her knowledge of web coding standards, user interface, design, information architecture, usability and accessibility to develop and support web environments and perform project task assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all content of the website
Organizing and implementing alongside with marketing function promotional ideas
Updating and posting materials on the site
Responsible for the maintenance of the existing content
Organizing and coordinating web transactions and requests
Managing the communication between functions related with the portal
Description of Other Duties:
Participate in any training program
Ensure all required reports
Participate in various meetings of the company, especially the seasonal and promotional activities which require the support of Marketing Department.
Requirements:
College degree
Multitasking abilities
Excellent teamwork skills
Internet / social media knowledge
Understanding of website project management
Time management skills
IT programming or technical skills
Very good command of English language
