Call Center Sales Operator
Job Summary:
The Call Center Sales Operator delivers quality customer services and information to all Belle Air Call Center customers. They handle customer concerns and explain product policies.
Main Duties:
Assists Call Center customers with the sale and booking of tickets and other Belle Air services
Provides product information using accessible resources
Explains product policies
Handles customer concerns
Records details of customer calls
Reports and follows up on pending issues
Requirements:
University Degree
Industry experience as a sales agent is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work well in teams
Ability to think logically
Excellent computer skills
Very good Italian and English
