Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate supports administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and will report to the HR Director.

Main duties include:
· Handling of recruitment processes and staffing logistics
· Supporting employee orientation and training logistics
· Updating and maintaining HR records and employee files
· Providing quality staff services to all Belle Air employees
· Reconciling, tracking and reporting on performance management calendar
· Backstopping payroll and benefit administration
· Assisting with efficient operation of other HR functions as required

Requirements:
· University Diploma
· At least 2 years of HR work experience
· Superior planning and prioritizing skills
· Superior attention to detail
· Excellent customer service attitude
· Very good knowledge of English
