Internal Services Manager

The Internal Services Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating company business support services. The Internal Services Manager is responsible for the well running of the department activities and carries out his duties through an efficient coordination and management of Procurement, Logistics and Facility Management employees’ activities and performance.

Main responsibilities include:
· Establishing and developing the organizational structure of Internal Services Department, including crafting of operational duties for the Procurement Sector, Logistics Sector and Facility Management Sector.
· Coordinating department project activities aiming their timely realization.
· Facilitating and supporting other department activities and needs to support their daily operations.
· Prepares Annual Procurement Plan and performs continuous market research for the selection of qualified suppliers.
· Overseeing, coordinating and managing procurement activities
· Overseeing and managing administrative support services including reception, records, information management and mail distribution
· Coordinating and managing delivery of non-core materials to and from the warehouse
· Coordinates with IT department the delivery and relocation of Hardware Equipment
· Ensures that all company business premises are at optimal working conditions
· Managing the company ground transport fleet; initiates controls and monitors fuel consumption
· Develops departments policies and procedures
· Monitors and evaluates department employees performance
· Regularly reports to CEO and Management Board Members

Requirements:
· University Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics (master degree is an advantage)
· At least 6 years of relevant work experience
· At least 3 years in managerial positions
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Business and target oriented
· Willing to travel within the country and abroad
· Strong command of English and Italian
