Customer Care Coordinator
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for defining and establishing customer care standards and supporting development of a customer care culture at all company levels and reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Main duties include:
· Monitors and reviews the improvements of company procedures and processes
from a customer care perspective
· Responsible for development and continuous improvement of the customer service
knowledge base
· Conducts market visits to track and closely monitor implementation of customer
service standards
· Identifies training needs and develops customer care training materials
· Coordinates customers care actions with other appropriate units/departments as
necessary
· Measures and evaluates customer satisfaction levels, according to the demands and
needs of the commercial division

Requirements:
· University Diploma
· Excellent writing and editing skills in Albanian, English and Italian
· At least 4 years of related work experience
· At least 1 year of managerial experience
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Qualifications and trainings in the customer care field
· Aviation or travel industry experience preferred
