Customer Care Specialist
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for continuous contribution in the development of a customer care culture at all company levels. The incumbent assists in developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for all company functions.

Main duties include:
· Support in Monitoring international airline market in terms of customer care through web research and e-communication
· Proposes and recommends improvements to procedures / processes reviewed from the perspective of customer care
· Responsible for continuous improvement of the knowledge base system
· Support and assists in the preparation of the Newsletter of Belle Air from Customer Service aspect (corporate clients, if applicable)
· Suggest and supports the process of informing customers of any changes or innovation of belle Air products and services
· Supports in Measuring and evaluating client satisfaction levels, according to the demands and needs of the commercial division through questionnaires, focus groups, mystery shopping

Requirements:
· University Degree
· At least one year of Industry experience, preferably in direct contact with passengers
· Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent writing skills in Albanian and English language
· Very good Italian and English
