Position Requirements
- Prepare reliable budgets and forecasts using a bottom up approach
- Fine tune and support communication and interaction between the various business areas during a planning cycle
- Consolidate and give feedback relating to the business strategic framework
- Monitor variances, audit, and challenge and give feedback for the forecasts received from the budget holders and other major projects.
- Analysis and ad hoc reporting to management team and budget holders
- Perform Lease vs Buy analysis for Real estate related projects
- Perform periodic Impairment analyses.
- Evaluate major capital expenditure projects prior to commitment and post-completion analysis
- Support and train budget holders and always keep them updated for the results of their department in order to be in line with the strategic framework of the business
- Promote transparency and build the budget ownership perspective to the budget holders
- Become the link between the budget holders and the EC and DG Corporate
Candidate Profile
- Master degree in economic sciences or business administration
- Solid understanding of valuation models.
- IFRS reporting experience / excellent understanding of Financial Statements.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong finance and accounting background
- Strong analytical thinking
- Team working spirit
- Managerial Skills
- Time and change management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, credibility
- Excellent knowledge on excel
- English fluency
- Excellent understanding of the business
- Work under pressure
