Roche Diagnostics products within Albanian territorry.

" SWISSMED " is announcing 2 job positions seeking to employ qualified persons in the position of Office Assistant & Sales
Representative.
1.Sales Representative
Job Objective:
• Responsible for all sales activities
• Developes and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business
goals of expanding customer base in the market area.
• To achieve target in line with the vision of the company.
• To create and consolidate the customer’s relationship proffesionally.
Tasks:
• Responsible for the sales activities and report it to the Sales Manager.
• Develope annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager .
• To have good knowledge of the portfolio, to complete understanding of pricing and proposal models .
• To develope the data base of the market.
• Responsible to develope client relationship.
• Responsible for knowing how to proceed with tenders and administrative docs.
Profile
• The candidate has to be graduated on bio‐chemistry or medicine faculty.
• Strength position if, he/she has been working in a similar job position.
• To have team spirit and willingness to perform his/her duties.
• To have good knowledge of English language and PC too. (Word, excel, Microsoft Office)

2. Office Assistant
Tasks:
• Office assistant, should have experience on book ‐ keeping and accounting.
• To prepare and proces bills, VAT invoices and other internal office’s expenses.
• To have basic knowledge on Alfa Programme useful to prepare financial and stock report s.
• To have very good communication skills, to keep logs and telephone calls with customers.
Profile
• The candidate has to be graduated as economist or to have a high school Economics Diploma
• Strength position if, she has been working in a similar job position.
• To have team spirit and willingness to perform her duties.
• To have good knowledge in English.
• To have very good knowledge on PC , (Word, excel, Microsoft Office)
